Our StoryLaunched in 2021 by two friends, Toum & Tahini started out making fatteh bowls at markets across London. Soon after launching, Toum & Tahini took up a residency at Soho House and has since partnered with the Barbican, Somerset House and the Evening Standard. The food takes inspiration from traditional Syrian and Iranian recipes, handed down from grandmothers through the years.
